POLICIES

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% fee of the service you are booked for. You will receive an automatic text and/or email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to follow the link to confirm or message me directly, your appointment will be automatically cancelled at the 24 hour mark.

Same day cancelling or rescheduling and no call/no shows result in a 100% fee of the service you are booked for.

Late Policy: Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early. If you are up to 15 minutes late, there will be an automatic $15 late fee. Anything over 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Being late adds unnecessary stress to finish your service in time and doesn’t allow me to provide you with my best work. If you arrive late you will still be charged the full price of the service you are booked for, despite the amount of time we have left. 

 

Being that there is no waiting room, clients must wait in their car and text me upon arrival. Please avoid ringing the doorbell. I schedule a 15 minute gap between clients to account for clean up and early arrivals. However, things do not always go according to plan; therefore I may still be working when you arrive.

 

Eyelash Extensions: 40% of your lashes are required at the time of your refill appointment. If you have less than 40% you will be charged for a Full Set. If you are aware that you require more time and work, please give me advance notice to make sure that there is enough time blocked off.

 

Please arrive to your appointment with freshly washed lashes and a clean face free of any makeup.

Cell phones are prohibited during lash appointments.

Please refrain from caffeinated beverages before your appointment.

Teeth Whitening: Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you see your dentist for your regular cleaning before booking a whitening service to ensure the best results. Teeth Whitening CANNOT be used on pregnant or lactating women.

 

Sick Policy: Please be advised my brother and I are both immunocompromised and part of high risk groups. As a result, it is imperative that if you are sick or feeling any sort of under the weather, you cancel no matter how small of an issue you think you’re having. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. If you are not feeling well, I ask for your consideration not only to me and my family, but to my clients as well. 

If you come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or you have tested positive within 14 days of seeing me, you must inform me.

 

Guest Policy: No guests may accompany you to your appointment. Children/infants are not allowed as they require a level of care that cannot be provided while I work.

 

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of their appointment.

 

Preferred methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal

Credit Card payments will be charged a 2.6% convenience fee. 

All payments must be fulfilled upon completion of services.


Prices are not flexible and are subject to change.

Refund Policy: My goal is to ensure that all services are satisfactory. Refunds are not provided for any product or service.

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Prices for eyelash extensions are set based on time passed. Service time frames are as follows:

 

Classic Lashes

Full Set - Initial set, anything over 4 weeks, anything less than 40% at refill.

1 Week Refill - Within 1-7 days.

2 Week Refill - Within 8-14 days.

3 Week Refill - Within 15-21 days.

4 Week Refill - Within 22-28 days.

 

Hybrid Lashes

Full Set - Initial set, anything over 4 weeks, anything less than 40% at refill.

1 Week Refill - Within 1-7 days.

2 Week Refill - Within 8-14 days.

3 Week Refill - Within 15-21 days.

4 Week Refill - Within 22-28 days.
